"It was a bit of a travel into town but with trams so regular it didn’t bother us much. Rooms were spotless and staff could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"Basic yet comfortable as described, my personal issue was tge accessing of the bed, as it was a top bunk bed type, i struggled getting into, but more out of the bed, via step ladder, it wasnt till the second day that i realised there were lower, easier access beds, otherwise i would of asked to see if i could be moved, but overall, vert comfortable bed"

"Exactly what you need. Easy check in and out, clean comfortable, decent shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent coffee from the lobby machine. Good value for Amsterdam. Easy to get to and from the centre on an affordable bus route. "

"Yet another great stay at Citizen M. The staff are lovely and always helpful - at any time. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!"
