"Staff were nice and helpful. The place is also sanitized and cleaned. I just hope they provide a policy to respect guest privacy and end the system of room-to-room calls on hotel phones. We unexpectedly received a call from another room guest whom we didn't know; we thought it was a call from the lobby."

"The staff was friendly. I especially liked the woman server at breakfast (Turkish lady) and the food was really nice. Renaldo at the front desk was very helpful when we had problems with our TV. Large, open spaces in entryway are very welcoming."

"We stayed just one night, familiar with this hotel over many years. Room was fine, whole place is a bit long in the tooth and in our room there were some places where refurbishments were not quite complete, but caused us no issues. Location was main thing for us plus the nostalgia of being there now and then over many years."

"I will not be back. check in person was very indifferent about my concerns. i was shocked to see a $10.66 charge later on my credit card for $5.00 a day parking that we were not told about nor was a sign posted on this. In the main bathroom the water in the shower did not get hot. "
