We utilized the lobby area 2 nights in a row to visit with family and friends, and when we’re probably could have been quieter, the staff never said anything except they were glad we could use the space. One front desk clerk even baked us fresh cookies to enjoy. The room and hotel were clean but we will never forget the kindness showed to us during a very difficult time. Thank you to the front desk ladies so much!"
