With two full bathrooms and three bedrooms, this house is large enough to comfortably sleep 9 to 10 guests, making it a perfect fit for families. The full kitchen includes a tea kettle, a coffee station, and a blender. The large dining area has a table with seating for 8 and 2 additional seats at the bar. The living room features a large sectional and a smart TV. The garage-turned-game room is right off of the main part of the house, and it includes a sauna, a dart board, a poker table, a foosball table, board games, and a mini bar. On the back deck, you will find an outdoor dining area and a charcoal grill. In the backyard, there is a fire pit with additional seating, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and putt putt.

PROPERTY RULES:
-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Please keep the outside noise to a minimum. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE SMOKING INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY THERE WILL BE A $1,000 FINE! THERE WILL BE NO WARNING. If smoking outside, please keep at least 10 feet of distance between yourself and the property. Also ensure you have closed the door and windows so that no odor penetrates the house.

-NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. If you are found to be using illegal substances on the property or there is a strong odor of the substances being used, there will be a fine of $2,000 and depending on the circumstances may result in you vacating the property. THERE WILL BE NO WARNING. CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND TURN OFF LIGHTS WHEN LEAVING. This will help prevent any rain or bugs from getting into the property and to help us conserve energy.
