Randy was very welcoming and available for anything that came up during our stay. They had an early Halloween event for the kids which was such a great touch. Our daughter loved the experience. "Very cozy and homy"

"My wife and I were looking for a winter get away and we stumbled upon Rob and Joanna’s water front cottage. This was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect and the cottage was very clean and modern. Even a nice fire place to warm up beside in the evenings. Iv stayed in many places and the hospitality from Rob and Joanna is top notch. Can’t thank them enough. "

"We were there in july 2024, family of 4. Overall, great country cottage, with everything we needed! Couldn't ask for more!! We felt like home. Near Sandbanks and Picton. And breweries ...btw Slake brewery is a wonderfull place! A lots of games available too ! The outside, hamac, table and the fire pit is wow! Sunsets are amazing! The host was always available for my questions ! And fast response! We really appreciate our week there. I would go back anytime!!"

"Excellent spot to stay for a getaway in PEC, other than a slight miscommunication from the front desk staff on check-in (which was quickly rectified by the host and apologized for profusely by the resort staff) it was a great weekend in a super cute cottage!"

"Great property and location for our needs. Ben was a great host but I was under the impression that the owner would not be on premises during our stay - at least that is what VRBO advertises!"

"The Gryphon is a perfect location for a group wanting to explore Prince Edward County. The common areas were spacious and each of the 5 bedrooms had its own bathroom. It was a lovely old home and property. "

"Our family (mom, grandma, and two kids) was pleasantly surprised by this place during our four-night vacation. This cottage vilage is gated and offers various activities for kids, a nice family pool, and the entire area is well-supervised and maintained by the condo management. The cottage we stayed in was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located near the activity center. Grandma enjoyed her comfortable queen bed, and the kids loved their bunk bed.
