"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. "Wir waren mit unseren 3 Söhnen (13, 11 und 8 Jahre alt) für eine Woche im Oktober dort. Die Vermieterin spricht fließend Deutsch und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen sagar Wanderempfehlungen in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus ist noch sehr neu und perfekt eingerichtet. Alles sehr geräumig. 2 Bäder. Hervorragende Lage zwischen Hirschberg und Krummhübel. "The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."
