"Nice place. Big house. Good and clean swimming pool where our daugherts had lots of fun. Beside they can use the trampoline and other play areas as much as they want. Bedding and enough towels are included. There is a washing machine in the house for private use, very pleasant. Contact with the owners was very good. A lots of activities to do in the region. We recommend this place to everybody. We had a great holiday in Turnov!"

"Es war ein bisschen wie gehobenes Hüttenerlebnis. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage. Das Haus wird kommerziell betreut und es fehlt ein bisschen die Liebe zum Detail. Die Küchenausstattung sollte mal überarbeitet werden. Ein Sonnenschirm wird nicht gestellt. Insgesamt ist Preis-Leistung in Ordnung."

There were various leisure activities nearby (swimming pool, hiking trails, summer toboggan run, etc.) as well as in the house (darts, table football, air hockey, trampoline, etc.) where you could enjoy your holiday. "Die Hütte ist gemütlich und mit soweit allem, was man braucht, gut ausgestattet. Sie steht allerdings nicht, wie in der Anzeige genannt, allein, sondern mitten im Dorf direkt zwischen anderen Häusern. Dennoch ist die Lage ruhig (wir können nur für den Winter sprechen, wenn man sich mehr drinnen aufhält). Wir empfehlen, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Geschirrtücher/Spüllappen selbst mit zubringen. "Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. "The holiday home is very spacious and well equipped. Matresses are quite thin and hard, but OK for a short stay. Sheep and dogs in the vicinity of the house might wake up light sleepers, as well as the hot air balloons and light air craft that fly around Trosky castle in the early morning. The view from the house is wonderful. Firepit in the garden is great for a stay with children. No WiFi, but washing machine is available. House stays comfortably cool in summer. "The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."

"Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying. "
