"Disappointed to be put in their other hotel. Didn't realise that their carparking was with another site and overall will cost us another €30. Directions could be more accurate as the hotel is not on the road described but backs onto it. We ended up parking the car to find it!!"

"We were passing through, the third time we sleep at the hotel. Equally fantastic treatment, fast service, available staff. For example, I had problems with wifi because I had to work, they came directly up to the room and helped me solve the problem. The staff in all functions were equally nice and helpful. Great rooms. "Great location for the square in the centre. Rooms were a great size for price. Check in made very easy and at check out they kindly printed off our boarding tickets as e-tickets not accepted at the airport."

"Friendly and helpful staff, Julian delivered exceptional customer service/leadership skills, he is the man to go to with any queries or enquiries. We Loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi and spa services. Large variety of buffet style meals, but my family preferred the a la carte dinner meals. Will definitely come back to this hotel. "
