In a calm and residential environment, close to the sea within walking distance and to the center of Saint François, the golf course, the casino, the market and all shops, Villa ALIZIA comfortably accommodates 8 people.

You will be comfortable in its 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped with dressing room, (2 double beds, one 90 cm bed and 1 160 cm bed) and its 2 bathrooms with Italian showers (2 WCs, one of which is separate).
The interior living room is comfortable, furnished with a sofa bed (bed 130 cm) and a flat screen TV, Canal +, Wifi, DVD player.
The kitchen is spacious and functional, fully equipped (hob, oven, microwave, American fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).
On its beautiful terrace, installed in the outdoor lounge, you will savor the Ti-punch cradled by the trade winds. The dining area is also on the terrace.

The secure swimming pool, 7m by 4m, is surrounded by numerous deckchairs in its large tropical garden, fenced and not overlooked.

The Mancenilliers beach is close (800 m) but a car is recommended to go to Saint François (2 km) and also to discover all the other beaches and visit our beautiful island.
In Saint François you will have all the amenities (banks, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, ...) and many leisure activities (beaches, sailing club, marina, night market, casino, ...).
At the ferry terminal you will board the shuttles which will drop you on the neighboring islands: La Désirade, Marie Galante and Les Saintes.
