"The hotel is a lovely small hotel in a wonderful location . The only thing that spoilt our stay was the noise every night until about 2am and then from 6am onwards in the room above. I have no idea what all the noise was but it sounded like someone constantly moving furniture , opening and closing drawers and being a little noisy in other ways . It was very hard to sleep. "

"Our stay was great! Very specious room for Paris. We had beautiful views from our windows and the bathroom was huge! Only thing was that the AC did not work so the nights were quite hot even with the windows open. Also had to pay for water everyday:( other than that, great location and staff was very helpful with check in! "

"The hotel lobby is being painted during our stay. Coffee and tea are available at the lobby 24 hours. Shops and restaurants are abundant in the area. The cover picture of the hotel should not show the Passage because it is misleading to the customers. I thought that the hotel is within the passage but not true, but it is walkable. "

"Easy to get to from Paris Gare du Nord. 2 minute walk from Laumière metro to hotel. Room was totally adequate, bed firm but comfortable, good shower etc. Breakfast was good, standard fayre for hotel breakfast in France. Easy walk to Bassine de Vilette and Buttes de Chaumont. Plenty eateries local to hotel. This is a budget hotel so don't expect luxury, moreover, it seems it is popular with large groups of teenage pupils on school trips etc, so can be a queue for breakfast, served 6am to 10am Mon to Fri, 7am to 10.30 am weekends. Large Carrefour supermarket right next-door to, great for take away foodstuffs, hot roast chickens etc All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed Mt 4 night stay here and would certainly rebook in the future. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see. It was close to the train station and we found great restaurants right around the corner. We traveled around France and Switzerland. We stayed at 5 hotels over a 4 week period. The beds at Britannique were by far the most comfortable!! "
