"Super views - lovely pool and good facilities for the size of the hotel. Lovely staff. Food excellent but restricted meno options apart from the lovely barbecue (twice a week). Nothing much to do in the evening and you need a car if you want to get around. One shuttle to the beach and a local trip is all there is from the hotel. But for ambience and relaxing super. "

"Oh dear what have we booked into soon turned into wow! this is great. Reception very efficient and helpful. Apartment well equipped. Beach not as busy as further east and just 5 mins away. PLEASE NOTE if you are driving from the east on the gc1 you need to take the Tauro exit and then follow the coast road. The same applies if coming from the Mogan direction as the coast road is closed . You can get on the gc1 at Taurito but not off it. Hope this helps."

"Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk...

"This property is quite new, stylish and well-maintained. It is stylish and has great views from a commanding position on a hill just above the port. It is really an apartment complex with a restaurant open sometimes and offer buffet breakfast with the facility to order some items fresh such as omelettes. "We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. We had a half board and food was great, sometimes the freshly cooked meat was bit tasteless but there was always lots of other choice. Outdoor snack bar had pretty good choice of food, pizza...

"Apartment was very spacious and really enjoyed having our own pool. Beach club was lovely, shame we couldn’t have access anytime. Could do with a more family friendly restaurant on site as nothing near by. The restaurant that was open was great, food and service was wonderful, but on the pricey side, nice for a treat, nothing for everyday dining available. We had hired a car so could go elsewhere, otherwise you would need taxis. Small issue in wardrobes, no full length hanging space for dresses!...

"Nice hotel built into the side of a cliff. It’s clean and well maintained, if a little dated. The rooftop pool is excellent and has lovely views, the bar is also first class and well priced. Rooms are dated, aircon wasn’t working but other than that it was comfy. "

"We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel! For only being 3* it went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms and very modern, comfortable and spotless. "Basic apartment but provided everything we needed. Excellent power shower and double sinks were good. We didn’t select a room with a terrace and didn’t miss it as went to beach each day - 30 minute steady pace walk away. Lack of receptionist wasn’t ideal but was able to telephone number posted on wall and they sent someone over. Rooftop pool area was clean and never had many people at it. Includes to Cabana type beds at no cost. Location is around half way between sea level and very top....

Stunning location, very comfortable and clean house

"This was in many ways one of the best villas I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in lots!). The communication before travel and upon arrival was exceptional. The villa was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious (we were a group of 4 celebrating a major birthday) with a lovely pool and an extremely well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen, all in amazing gardens and with stunning mountain views. Mogan has a good supermarket and it is a (rather twisty!) 15 minute drive down to the larger facilities of Puerto de Mogan. The only downside (and the reason that I have gone for 4 stars not 5) is the dogs. Now, I love dogs, have owned them all my life, and am sat looking at my furry friend as I type this. The near neighbours own dogs, that live in cages outdoors. They bark, more or less incessantly, ALL DAY - indeed I got up at 2am for a drink and they were still barking then - they are loud enough that even with the doors and windows shut you can hear them! It's like water torture. I nearly went mad at one point, and it meant that we ended up spending much less time at the villa than we would have liked. Such a shame."

Wonderful stay

"We had a great stay at this lovely property. The terrace is amazing; we spent hours relaxing by the pool, we didn’t want to leave! Even in December the pool temperature was fine. The property has lovely furnishings, it’s clean, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The bed is also comfortable and we slept well. Ursula has thought of everything and you can tell she takes pride in ensuring her guests are happy. We were grateful for the welcome pack of wine, water and chocolates. It is easy to communicate with Ursula and she is always happy to help with queries or local knowledge. We are so glad we stayed here rather than the Port; it felt more authentic and it was more peaceful. The Port is only ten minutes away by car but we also used the bus to go down, it stops just across the road and it’s easy and cheap. We also walked up to Mogan village for breakfast, or to the restaurant nearby for dinner. It was remarkably easy to relax here and unwind, we hope to return some day. Ursula has another property La Boheme in the village and it also looks lovely so maybe we will try that next time! "

A Gem of a Place

"This is a superb holiday home with excellent facilities and a beautiful pool. The house was spotless and the terrace/pool were cleaned every day. Tino met us on arrival and thereafter his parents looked after us with very generous gifts of a range of fruits and fresh eggs. They were very friendly but never intrusive. We would have loved to make a return booking but appreciate why it was already booked. "

"The villa has it all, easy booking and getting in. Quick responses from Micheal when needed. Only thing you need a hire car. Its out of the way with no real local shops but that said its quiet and the scenery is amazing. The whole family really did not want to leave"

Attic rural house with swimming pool in Mogán

Lovely get away

"We stayed in property 2 for a week and it was just perfect. Elba and her family were really easy to communicate and connect with, the place was spotless with all the extras we needed like kettle, iron, charging ports ….. the grounds are also beautiful with lots of fruits growing and access to a walking route right from the back of the property. The pool is also great with dedicated at areas for each property (although we had to ourselves all week!). Easy access to into Mogan and Peurto Mogan - we had a car but there is a bus stop right outside for this. You can hear the road traffic but others idyllic."
