"This was in many ways one of the best villas I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in lots!). The communication before travel and upon arrival was exceptional. The villa was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious (we were a group of 4 celebrating a major birthday) with a lovely pool and an extremely well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen, all in amazing gardens and with stunning mountain views. Mogan has a good supermarket and it is a (rather twisty!) 15 minute drive down to the larger facilities of Puerto de Mogan. The only downside (and the reason that I have gone for 4 stars not 5) is the dogs. Now, I love dogs, have owned them all my life, and am sat looking at my furry friend as I type this. The near neighbours own dogs, that live in cages outdoors. They bark, more or less incessantly, ALL DAY - indeed I got up at 2am for a drink and they were still barking then - they are loud enough that even with the doors and windows shut you can hear them! It's like water torture. I nearly went mad at one point, and it meant that we ended up spending much less time at the villa than we would have liked. Such a shame."

"We had a great stay at this lovely property. The terrace is amazing; we spent hours relaxing by the pool, we didn’t want to leave! Even in December the pool temperature was fine. The property has lovely furnishings, it’s clean, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The bed is also comfortable and we slept well. Ursula has thought of everything and you can tell she takes pride in ensuring her guests are happy. We were grateful for the welcome pack of wine, water and chocolates. It is easy to communicate with Ursula and she is always happy to help with queries or local knowledge. We are so glad we stayed here rather than the Port; it felt more authentic and it was more peaceful. The Port is only ten minutes away by car but we also used the bus to go down, it stops just across the road and it’s easy and cheap. We also walked up to Mogan village for breakfast, or to the restaurant nearby for dinner. It was remarkably easy to relax here and unwind, we hope to return some day. Ursula has another property La Boheme in the village and it also looks lovely so maybe we will try that next time! "

"The villa has it all, easy booking and getting in. Quick responses from Micheal when needed. Only thing you need a hire car. Its out of the way with no real local shops but that said its quiet and the scenery is amazing. The whole family really did not want to leave"

"We stayed in property 2 for a week and it was just perfect. Elba and her family were really easy to communicate and connect with, the place was spotless with all the extras we needed like kettle, iron, charging ports ….. the grounds are also beautiful with lots of fruits growing and access to a walking route right from the back of the property. The pool is also great with dedicated at areas for each property (although we had to ourselves all week!). Easy access to into Mogan and Peurto Mogan - we had a car but there is a bus stop right outside for this. You can hear the road traffic but others idyllic."
