Notwithstanding the fact that we were there during the Festival de Santa Tecla and the dance party in the square didn’t wrap up until 4 am (😳) we enjoyed it all. Could do,however, with a washing machine instead of the dishwasher, but a laundry is only a minute away from the property. I have to thank the property manager who was exceptional throughout. "Unfortunately our experience with 'Pierre Vancancies' was extremely unpleasant. On arrival we were given no instructions of how to check in or acquire the key to our room. We arrive to a completely locked premises with the option of a key or passcode entry, to which we had neither. There was a number on the gate though due to us being tourist we didn't have a SIM card enabling us to call Spanish numbers. "This property was definitely not suitable for holiday accommodation our plane was delayed and we arrived at 1.30 a.m. We had to pick up the key in one area of the town and walk to another area as there did it seem to be any taxis. We had had no previous Iousnindication it was on the 4th floor and the lifts did not work at night. It was overlooking busy railway line and busy docks.."

Once we found the adress, the card provided to open the apartment door did not work. We had to ask again for help to call the owner to get a code for the door.
