"Very nice place, well accommodating staff. Restaurant at the property, owner very happy friendly gentleman. Near to about 4 km down with grocery store, planty of restaurants and pizza places. "Room was clean and spacious. Patio was relaxing, and foyer lovely. Breakfast vouchers to nearby cafe were provided since staff were limited. Clear instructions to find the B&B and how to get through the three doors were provided. Communications was excellent. Town felt deserted when we arrived on Saturday. Hard to find an eatery and navigate way by bus to town. May be different during the week."

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. "Anna was just a delightful host - because we came in late, we asked if she could provide us a simple meat/cheese tray (at our cost of course) and she provided a 4 course home made meal!!!! It was fantastic and we ate leftovers for our entire stay. The villa is just beautiful and had everything we needed and more - be sure to come in warm weather to use the pool. It's a perfect home base to explore the area - but be prepared to drive the curvy roads - which is half the fun! "
