"Llegamos cerca de las 8pm pudimos hacer el check in rápido. El hotel cuenta con restaurante asique cenamos ahí. La comida muy rica y abundante, probamos el vino blanco de la casa me pareció excelente. Era jueves a la noche y había músicos en vivo tocando música alemana. Muy divertido.!! El desayuno muy bien… distintos panes y fiambres de primera calidad. La atención de los anfitriones fue genial ya que yo no hablo alemán y estaba todo en alemán pero ellos nos ayudaron y nos entendimos super...

"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "Our family had a wonderful time in Aitrang. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. There was a ping pong table and board games to keep our children entertained and we all enjoyed using the wonderful hot tub. It is set in a very tranquil location with idyllic views. The Frank Family were wonderful hosts and everything went smoothly. We didn't want to leave!"

"Andreas (I believe he is part of ownership) at reception was unbelievable. He was friendly, warm, accommodating and took time to make suggestions for sites to visit. Gave instructions on beating Munich traffic and was just All around an informative and helpful person. I’d recommend this hotel based on our experience with him and the other members of the staff."

Great views. Beautiful when the day tours are gone

"We stayed in the Jagerhaus building and had a lovely room and gorgeous bathroom. It also included a wonderful view of the hohenschwangau castle. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great with a nice view of Neuschwanstein castle. My only regret is that we only stayed one night and were too jetlagged to enjoy the spa and pool."

"We loved our stay at this hotel!! If you are looking for an Authentic Bavarian German hotel then this is it!! So perfectly located near shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the castle. It was charming, lots of Character and so convenient to everything. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and staff was very hospitable. Highly recommend!! 10/10"
