"This hotel is fantastic. The facilities are amazing - great bar/restaurant, breakfast top notch, friendly staff, on site gym and spa (had massages on two consecutive days because it was so good!), pool… love the decor and the atmosphere because it’s so green and verdant… feels like an indoor jungle. The whole hotel feels like a spa. Somehow bug-free despite being full of plants. We splashed out on a suite (still very affordable) and it was worth every penny. Having a bath was so nice and the view of Merapi/the city was awesome. Hotel has a great location, easy to get picked up by a Grab within a few minutes every time we tried and even walked back from the city centre once. Can’t fault it at all. 10/10."

"I love that its got two king size bed in one room. Towels smell aweful, bathroom is stinky. The staff needs train for pushing the luggage. They drop 3 of my luggages and breaks the wheels "
