In reception they said the door etrznce is broken but I saw cars, tracks and other vehicles were driving in and out but when I asked for a parking, I heard the door entrance doesn’t work. No true. I’ve added all my husband details for communication but emails and instructions for entrance the room comes still to my email. Simply reception doesn’t follow the details in the booking. "Nice & lovely apartment in the old town Gamla Stan, lovely neighborhood, all necessary equipment provided in the apt. Only one thing, no elevator and we had to climb up to second floor (actually 3rd fl) with super big luggage. Good service from ApartDirect Team, quick response whenever we had a problem!"

Parking was always available to a very reasonable price. The corridors had a lot of old spots in the carpet that gave a bad impression. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. "The property was centrally located in “the Old Town” and is historic itself. The ferry was only a 5 minute walk as well as the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Tha Royal Palace is a two minute walk and there is plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. The room we had, I was given a free upgrade, was large with two bedrooms, a living, and kitchen. Staff are there during the day and helped with directions, tourist information, and assisted in arranging a taxi to the airport for our departure."
