"We have been to Ilhabela multiple times and stayed at different places . This place is exceptional. Luxury but humble, the perfect location and wonderful view. "Ótima localização da pousada. Acesso fácil a todas as praias do lado norte, além de ser encostadinha do Centro Histórico, deixava o carro lá e ia a pé, todos os dias. A experiência é incrível, todos os funcionários são super atenciosos e gentis, além de tudo, cada cantinho da pousada tem um charme, cheio de flores e mangas. "The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty."

"Razoável o atendimento, as acomodações, café da manhã. Um ponto positivo eram as toalhas novas, de boa qualidade. Um ponto negativo é que a pousada não oferece como cortesia toalhas para piscina e para praia. O quarto era no 2 pavimento, e nada acessível para minha mãe de 70 anos. Não nos foi oferecido uma opção que estava disponível no 1 andar. Achei que o do quarto escutava muito barulho da rua, de carros e motos. Não conseguimos descansar muito. "

"Os pontos negativos é que no quarto 13 na parte da cama de casal o sinal wifi simplesmente não chega. A pia do banheiro entope facilmente, tem poucas tomadas pelo quarto. Café da manhã básico sem nenhum grande diferencial. Pontos positivos é a piscina ser grande e limpa, funcionários muito educados, e a pousada em si é linda com uma excelente vista e bom estacionamento. "
