"The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty."

"The breakfast/dining room was so delightful. Every morning we would have the most vibrant/colorful birds visit. This hotel has such a tranquil vibe and we wished we had more days to stay there. The staff is very kind & helpful. We loved our stay!"

"Lovely stay, nice and clean room and great location close to the port and bus station. There was a music sound coming out from a bar nearby which didn’t bother us but if you’re very sensitive to noise you might want to reconsider."

"Achei muito bom o quarto bem espaçoso bem limpo roupa de cama e toalhas limpas gostei muito cama confortável chuveiro bom Mas no meu quarto tinha muitas formigas inclusive em cima da cama. O que eu não gostei foi do barulho todo dia acordava as 06:00 com barulho vozes alta e risadas talheres batendo meu quarto ficava embaixo da cozinha. Hoje meu ultimo dia de hospedagem acordei as 06:00 com um cidadão lavando uma moto Se não fosse isso daria nota 10."

"Very good friendly and relaxing stay over.Family orientated, family environment, very good high quality material being used for building and interior etc., all full functional. Breakfast could be better (on benchmark international), coffee being prepared in pots (individual coffee machine preferred with beans) should be better. "This hotel is beautiful! our room was spacious, ocean view & poolside! It had a fridge, very good AC and a wonderful breakfast with made to order eggs! The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even helped us to get a taxi back to São Paulo, which was a real challenge through normal channels. There are mosquitoes, as the grounds are very lush and green, so remember your bug spray. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"The hotel is fantastic, better than expected. The area, the people and the hotel itself were awesome. The hotel has a restaurant and a private beach. The food was fantastic and the beach is clean and well taken care of. I recommend this hotel to everyone wants a get away from life stress."

"Not enough pillows and bedding. Only gave 1 pillow per person. Overall a good stay, however we had to take the stairs from 3rd floor to our unit on the 6th which was slightly inconvenient."
