"Our family of 5 just returned from Villa Celeiro and we were so delighted with our choice. The location is perfect for privacy, nature and quietness but not too far from amenities, beaches and Lagos Centre. The house is located just a few meters from a cliff known as "caminho dos pescadores" - (Fishermen trail) which takes you to 2 wonderful beaches (20 minutes walk to the left and the same to the right). The view from the house and cliff is stunning! Really worth the walk!!! This is a place to connect with nature especially if you are looking for a restful time as it is away from the crazy buzz of the touristic madness. We found it especially good at night time when you desire a quiet place to sleep. The natural swimming pool was definitely a pleasant addition. Simon - our host - and Dona Ana were great and very easy to contact and connect. We also enjoyed Blacky and Dax, the 2 very friendly property dogs. Although they live in the same grounds there was never a moment we felt our privacy was breached. The house was clean and had plenty of space for the family. It also had everything we needed to self-cater and enjoy our stay. Lagos is a fantastic place to visit. Great food, clean, safe and very friendly people. We highly recommend the place and the whole family whished our stay were longer. We are talking about returning with other relatives! "

"Just a wonderful relaxed and enjoyable stay, best apartment we have ever stayed in - huge! Duplex apartment with view out to sea. Spotlessly clean. So peaceful. Lovely swimming pool to laze around, with a separate children’s pool for the little ones. Pool side restaurant with very friendly service, good food and great service - goats cheese salad is a delight! 5-10 min wonder into Luz and the beach. Very relaxed 10 days. If you want more buzzyness, it’s a 10 min drive to Lagos. Loved it, highly recommended. "

"My friend and I stayed at this property, and despite check in taking some time (we were early), we really loved our room. We appreciated the space of the rooms, the nice shower (only wish it was a bit hotter), smart tvs. Having a kitchen was a nice touch although we did not use it much. The breakfast was simple but perfect due t the daily slight changes they made. There is a hotel cat that roams around, esp first thing in the morning but they say she is friendly otherwise. The only thing we felt was lacking was 24 hour front desk. We left pretty early on our departure date without true instructions on what to do about the key or check out. We did arrange transport from the hotel to the airport, so it would have been nice just having a friendly front desk to make sure it was correct for us as well. Overall great place, and we enjoyed the Algarve Region."
