"We had a lovely stay in the tiny village of Orsans. I stayed with 11 friends (mainly couples) in July and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The village is a short car journey to Carcassonne, which we visited for an afternoon though the heat cut out trip short. Accueil parfait, beaucoup de bienveillance, d'attentions, de gentillesse Piscine et jacuzzi extra pour nous seules, belle vue sur la vallée et tout est là pour le bien-être ! "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Pay for premium hotel prices, however you dont get premium hotel price service. Bring your own laundry, cleaning supplies and linens. Its like staying in a very expensive hostel. Staff are friendly, but the price isn't worth the room. And you hope the people that stayed before you clean it to an industry standard. Room lacked comfortable seating, something you should expect when staying for a week(?)."
