Walk out of the secure grounds and you are in the old town of Sommieres, with its numerous restaurants and bars . This place could not score higher if you want a base to explore the area."

"We had a fantastic stay here - the quality of the apartment is very high and the air conditioning was much appreciated. Danielle was a lovely hostess and we managed to communicate well despite our limited French. The location is a beautiful and tranquil one outside the village and close to the lagoons. "We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Gite d’Emma for a very hot week in August. The gite is very modern and very well equipped with everything you could need. Le village de Sauve est à deux kilomètres seulement, accessible à pied ou à vélo par un chemin. Pas mal d’activités sportives (canyoning, canoë, spéléo, randonnée...) et de visites possibles dans les environs, mais on peut aussi faire le choix de profiter du calme et de la piscine pour se reposer....
