We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps. "Where do I begin. If you don't speak italian don't come here. Staff is not the friendliest. Was here for a wedding for a week. It's long term living. So what can you say. It's apartment style. If you are used to 5 stars definitly not for you. If you like camps with lots of kids and families. This is for you. They have it all yoga, meditation, exercise classes in water and out. Don't look forward to the coplimantary breakfast. Needs to be booked 2 days in advance. Better off going somewhere...
