"I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

"Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. "Took my daughter for her 5th birthday. The ocean access was about a 3min walk. Place was very clean and comfortable. I forgot to bring bath towels. So please remember to bring bath towels and wash rags! Other than that it was a beautiful place to rent. Owner was VERY helpful. Would definitely rent again!"

"We prefer N. Ocean city. Property has a nice living room and kitchen. Huge TV on the wall if you need it. The bedroom is set up with double queens and 1/2 a bath. The mattresses were not comfortable for me. I would have preferred the TV to be up higher in the bedroom as it was hard to see lying down. We had a good time and would stay again.I appreciated the linens being supplied!"
