"The house is located pretty much outside any urban noises which was exactly what we wanted. The setting of the house is very well designed. Plenty of space for sports, games, swimming in the lovely swimming pool. Overall, we had a great time staying there. We'll probably book it again in future. "

Very similar feedback to other reviews - noticed little things like some broken crockery and freezer door but this was no problem with spares and expected when renting a big house in summer. We were 3 families (4 children) - the kids all slept in the bunk bed room and one couple slept in the slightly separate building but this was fine. "We travelled to Princay as a family of 16, 8 adults and 8 children between 4 and 8. It had been very hard finding a configuration of properties that suited us and this was exactly what we needed. The properties are converted and done in a way that is sympathetic to their original use, the floors and walls weren't all even, but it added to the charm for us. The Gite was spacious and had all the amenities you would need, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, and the kitchen was well equipped. "A fantastic week in Monts. The Moulin was ideal: tranquil river location, which was perfect for swimming kayaking and paddle boarding on the river. The children has an amazing time. "Despite some unseasonal cold and wet weather and suffering from colds caught on the ferry from GB we really enjoyed our 2 weeks at L’Abeille Bleue. What made it so great was the warmth of our hosts Didier and Patricia, a most welcoming and generous couple.
