There is a battery operated jeep in the garage with a spare battery for the little ones.
There is a bike for kids around 7 years old & a teenager sized bike. Please bring helmets if you will use them.

Mothers day weekend stay
We picked this property to stay amongst others based on what it had to offer and we were not disappointed. Very spacious house and clean and everything we had hoped for. Beautiful property on a secluded private road.

Hidden Gem
This place was enormous! We were able to fit 4 families comfortably so we could attend a family reunion. David was an excellent host and responded promptly to all my messages and requests. We'll be back next year!

Great stay
I spent a weekend here with friends and our children. It was a great large space which was comfortable for our group. The yard was beautiful to allow the kids to play outside. Kitchen was well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation House
We had our annual sibling vacation here. We were 6 adults and one teenager. We had plenty of room and space. There are many great places to just relax in the house. The kitchen was wonderful. Definitely would stay here if we are in the area. We were close to the Metro North stop (Bedford Hills) to get into NYC.

A Nice Place to stay
The house was great for our family. The toy room was fun for our toddlers, and the jeep in the garage. The basement was a fun game room with a ping pong table. The large house worked out for our family get together and the many bedrooms and bathrooms. Grocery stores are not too far away and the kitchen was great to cook in. We all had a good time.

Perfect!
Wow. What an amazing property and overall experience. The home was beautiful, very spacious and well stocked (always nice to not have to run out to get ziploc bags!) The home is located in a quiet, peaceful area of town and the grounds were just beautiful. Playroom was an added bonus as we had a 2 and 4 year old with us and they could not have had a better time! David was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a beautiful gathering space.

Unbelievable house!
We rented this house for our son’s wedding weekend. The groomsmen stayed with the family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The host was gracious enough to allow us to bring in babysitters to watch the children during the wedding. The house was so well stocked for kids. Babies through ten years old had a wonderful time! Our architect daughter was very impressed with the appliances! Our youngest son enjoyed the sauna. It is a remote location so have to be extra careful driving back at night but so worth the trip! Wedding and reception were in Connecticut which is minutes away. Wonderful weekend!

Pound Ridge - June 2022
We had a few hiccups at check in with WiFi/TV/inability to lock a few exterior doors and David was very responsive. While the exterior of the property is lovely, the interior is very outdated, isn't well maintained, has limited furnishings (not even enough for our party to be together), and bedrooms do not have adequate storage space (ie., no closets). The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement but due to bear sighting (mom and cub), were not able to enjoy the exterior/yard. Also note, a few of the exterior doors are padlocked and windows without screens in the attic were partially opened upon arrival so curious if critters were in the attic.

Comfortable, relaxing, well-equipped getaway
We brought a few couples together to this large, well-equipped, beautiful home to have a place to relax, prepare, and decompress after a long reunion and event weekend nearby. David was extremely communicative and helpful -- we couldn't have asked for better. There were a number of spaces, indoors and out, so everyone could relax together or privately. The kitchen is top-notch, too, though our use was limited. I would definitely stay here again, if/when we can take advantage of the large space and number of rooms!

Amazing home!
Our family stayed in this home for your daughters wedding which was at the Londsbury House in Ridgefield, CT. The house was perfect for us, and very kid friendly for the grandkids. Plenty of space for everyone, and the kitchen was the gathering place every night. We would definitely rent this home again. Thanks for sharing your home with us David!

A great experience
Host was absolutely a pleasure. Home was beautiful even with what looked like some remodeling going on. Great location as well, easy commute to train station to get into New York city for Broadway and other shows. Also lots of local stores, restaurants and lakes to enjoy.

Great weekend
We had a great weekend at this property. The house is as big and comfortable as advertised, with a great outdoor space for barbecuing and enjoying the hot tub. All of the bedrooms are spacious, and the house fit all 8 of us easily. The host was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come and stay again.

Engagement party
We had an engagement party for myself and now fiancé, and the house couldn’t have been better. The house itself just blew everyone away. Very large and spacious, very accommodating for overnight guest, and plenty of room for a party of 30 people. The yard was well taken care of any beautiful. I actually proposed in the back yard, which lead to some amazing photos. David was very responsive and good to work with. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could! Perfect for a family gathering.

Great place to stay
The home is beautiful and a great place for a getaway. The only thing to be aware of is the wifi is hit or miss and with us traveling with little ones our baby monitors on wifi didn't work. Also, the one bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain.

A large beautiful remote home
We had a large family reunion at this home for the weekend and it was perfect. Room for everyone to sleep, a large kitchen with table to feed everyone, and toys for the kids! Unfortunately the weather was a bit cold, but I could see the lawn being great in warmer times. It’s a bit remotely located so getting to town is a bit of a chore, especially at night, but that’s the trade off for peace and quiet.

Outstanding
We spent Thanksgiving here and we had 23 people on Thanksgiving Day and we had plenty of room- David made everything easy and the home is both spacious but also very comfortable. The property is beautiful and easy to take nice hikes and walks- Pound Ridge is 10 min away with great a grocery store and nice restaurants- we will stay again soon!
