"Karin truly goes above and beyond for her guests! Her house is SPOTLESS! It’s fully stocked and nice and cozy. We thought there were three bedrooms according to the listing but there are 2 bedrooms upstairs- one bedroom with a king and one bedroom with two twin beds. So we needed to use the pull out couch downstairs but it worked out just fine! This house is truly a 1900s home so you will hear creaks and squeaky doors- but also is so fun to see the horses right across the street! "

"Our stay was excellent. We had plenty of space to roam about in the house without tripping over each other. The property was and we would recommend it to anyone planning a family vacation! wonderful when we had family up for the day and were able to visit, eat, and talk. The house was clean and cozy"

"My brother lives in Wallkill, NY and he got married on his property this past weekend. We stayed at this home and really enjoyed ourselves. It was only 20 minutes from Wallkill. The home is an older home, but the owners have done a great job with the renovations. It was perfect for us and our 3 kids (20, 8, & 7). The girls loved the record player.
