"The staff and hotel were very good. My daughter had recently broken her leg and that part made the hotel minorly difficult. 1 of the 2 elevators was not functional and with no stairs leading to the lobby, very busy. If was difficult to get a wheelchair into the elevator, as its was usually full with people. We waited on average 10 mintues to get enough room for the wheelchair. The stairwells were also confusing as you decend to the bottom floor, which you would assume is the lobby its in...

"Hotel & room very nice & clean with friendly, helpful staff. Only complaint was food & coffee. Lobby bistro food was terrible! No free coffee other than little coffee maker in room which did not look clean. Had to buy Starbocks coffee from lobby bistro. Everything else was great."

"Everyone in the office was great. Ease of checking in was fantastic. Had to ask house keeper for towels because there wasnt any in room. Language barrier was a issue and had to wait a few hours to get them. Some of the other guests there are iffy. Floors should definitely be mopped. Dont wear white socks. All in all you get what you pay for."
