"We spent a lovely week in Frogapits, despite it raining every day! The cottage is fantastic, centrally located to local pubs and restaurants, and within easy travel to many local attractions. Beautiful garden and really enjoyed the wood log burner for cozy evenings in."

"We stayed from 25th Aug-1st Sept. The property totally exceeded our expectations which were extremely high. The facilities are second to none, it felt like a home from home but in much more beautiful surroundings. Orchard House is very close to all amenities but secluded for peace and tranquility. There was a lovely offering on arrival in the form of a welcome pack, totally unexpected and a treat. The owners were friendly and chatted to members of my family. I cannot recommend this property...

"Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outside verandah was well used as it was so peaceful and quiet to sit out on. Three toilets to the property was a great advantage. The property is not overlooked. The journey to the property is along narrow lanes but with plenty of routes to choose from."

"This is a delightful property and our host was extremely helpful and friendly. We took our grandsons (aged 7 and 11) and were able to show them quite a lot of Devon. A big success was the heated swimming pool which they loved as well as the trampoline etc. Everything was great in the cottage and everything we needed. If fast broadband is a must you might struggle as with many rural areas it isn’t fast. However we highly recommend this property."

"Perfect for two people, cottage finished to a high standard and very clean. Location is amazing, private with fantastic unspoilt views from the conservatory, which we were informed is being extended for next year. Lots of places to visit and eat out within easy reach should you want to, or just stay in and enjoy the peace and quiet and relax. "We had a great Christmas week staying at the cottage. The cottage was cosy with the log burner and provided for a very comfortable stay. The split of bedrooms worked well for us, we stayed on the top floor with my wife's family on the bottom. There's a large well stocked Kitchen with a big table for us all to sit round. Large glass windows from the Kitchen looking out to the rear and across the hills provided a nice relaxing spot to sit back and enjoy a coffee. Our daughter enjoyed the swing and...

"If you looking for a very comfortable family home, full of character totally recommend this one. Heaps of Beaches, walks and pubs close by. We were there during winter and it was glorious with the fire and warm kitchen. "

"Fern cottage is a lovely little cottage. It’s let down by not being cleaned throughly. The cottage stank of dogs wee, the mop was disgusting and unfit to use. The kitchen work surfaces could do with being oiled as they are wooden and due for a good clean. Upstairs was clean, beds and bedding clean and fresh. However both bathrooms were not so I had to give them a good clean myself. Fern cottage could be really lovely with a competent cleaner and a lick of paint in the kitchen. Despite all this...
