He was really helpful in giving us an introduction to the accommodation. The accommodation itself is in pristine condition. "We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)"

"The apartment is probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. Rooms are much larger and inviting than presented in the pictures. Very well located from two very cute towns: Boscastle and Tintangel, with the coastal walk literally in front of the house.
