A standalone bright bathroom light would have been useful, the vacuum was required when I arrived, doors are very noisy when closing, bed was a bit squeaky and sliding shower door let a little too much water through. Cracks and dry wall patches galore. Apparently, according to the front desk it’s Croatian Chic. But, it just looks like they were too lazy to finish or ran out of money. 2. The design of the shower stall is extremely poor with water pouring under the shower door into the rest of the bathroom. "

"The room, breakfast and location were also excellent. Having access to the pool, sauna and steam room were also a great addition. The other issue I encountered was when being addressed by members of staff, they only referred to my male partner rather than me. For example, 'good morning, Sir' and 'thank you, Sir' at breakfast rather than addressing both of us. "

"Everything was good. Except my door lock didn’t work and it took a few days to fix. Also there isn’t regular daily maid services. The carpet in the upstairs room was a bit dirty. And the bathroom upstairs had a strange configuration so it was tough to use the toilet. The water pressure was weak as well. But overall good place. "

"Overall, this hotel was great. It was nice and quiet a night and the room was spacious. It is far to the nearest grocery store so be prepared to either walk or take the bus. We definitely took the bus and underground to get around. It was located next to the park which was beautiful even in October and not too far from Camden Market. The receptionist upon check in were not too friendly and the restaurant was decent. Nothing to brag about. Since restaurants were pretty far we ate at the hotel...

" While I thought the hotel was beautiful, the environment felt a bit stuffy. The staff was pleasant, but thats all. The room was maintenanced every afternoon, but there are issues wirh the structure and such that need fixed or updated. Overall, good enough place. Good location for transportation. "

"We really loved this hotel for a one-night romantic stay--the hotel is very stylish and crisp with its cleanliness. The room itself was as tiny as a matchbox, but perfectly proportioned and with clever little solutions to the limited space. Lovely quality bed and linens, window that opened, and a very nice shower. "It is close to the ovo arena and you can just hop on a bus and it’s about 25minites. The rooms are small but have enough space if you’re there for just the night or two. You can hear other rooms toilet going off and the drains are connected so the smell travels into your room as well. The breakfast is good. And staff are very polite however if you get there after 11 after an event you will have to wait for someone to turn up and give you your key back. "

"Value for money hotel. Clean rooms if not a little dated. Convenient tube stayion straight outside. I dont mind staying a little outside of central London as long as transport is easy enough. Not much around the hotel but a short taxi ride to ealing had pubs shops, shops, restaurants. "
