"In a great location. Especially if visiting the theatre. Close to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. I stayed in the basic double room, the bathroom was very small. The walls are also pretty thin, fine if you don’t have noisy people in the room next to you but unfortunately we did. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but 2.15am on a Monday night being woken up by guests next door wasn’t ideal. I would stay here again though as the location is excellent and all staff members...

"So near to tube station. Everything is within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and bright but a little tired. Id booked a club room but what is mentioned in the description was not on offer. No fruit in the room and very limited access to tea/coffee in the club lounge."

"One of my favourite hotels in London! The location is brilliantly central (just behind Fortnum & Mason on Piccadilly) with lots of restaurants, shops, attractions, theatre & Tube stations a quick walk away. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed for a special stay."

"A great stay. Our room was in another building so had to go to main building for breakfast etc but no problem as weather was good. Our second bed (twin room booked) was a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable but we mentioned this to reception and they brought an extra mattress topper which made a huge difference. Great service"
