"Booked two nights on a whim , we both loved it the room was perfect they even made sure we had same room both nights . Food was fantastic as well great service dog friendly which was so good to see . We ran over into late check out and was late for breakfast the staff wasn't fazed at all 10/10 stay definitely recommend "

"Rooms were very nice. Mini fridge in your room and help yourself area in the corridor that had plenty of snacks and breakfast items. I was in room one, felt like it had been recently renovated, or they keep a room very well. Booking in and checking out is easy. Would stay again. Pub is also great. "

"This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...

"Great value for money. From a personal point of view it was far too warm, heating on constantly (must cost a fortune) had to sleep with my window open all night but the bird song that woke me was stunning. For what i needed for 1 night it was fine."

"Great location and great price but bathroom and kitchen area are tired looking and outdated. Bedroom smelt but was only there to sleep. Traffic noise from 6am felt constant for about 2 hours. Checking in and the codes were simple to use."

"Ideally situated for public transportation into city centre. Numerous eateries situated within foot. No food available. Rather run down and seedy. Limited reception staff hours. Close to children’s nursery. Security an issue."

"Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. "Very clean and convenient thank you. However terrible if you want a good night's sleep. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything in the room next door. I was woken repeatedly and ended up leaving at 8am on Sunday morning to escape. "
