"This is mainly a hostel focused on budget travellers, however, there are double rooms with a bathroom available, too. Don’t buy food and drinks at this hostel as they are heavily overpriced. You can dine and drink half price elsewhere. On the other hand you can purchase some local trips, transports and various activities at the reception at a reasonable cost. The hostel looks quite dated and the room equipment is poor. I still liked the pool and vibes. The breakfast included was reasonable. "

"Such an amazing place. My room number 9 was totally amazing. For any price it was a 10. Extremely affordable. Great breakfast, they go out of the way to provide you the best meal. Quiet a awesome AC, strong reliable wifi and well equipped kitchen. Staff are exceptional. Airport transfers and taxis available at about $10 cheaper than anyone else. Perfect place for backpacker too. Definitely book your stay with them. "

"I had the misfortune to arrive by bus from Managua on a rainy day. I thus had difficulty in finding the Hostal. When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan. I eventually got used to all these "perks"..."

"Brand new hostel. Paid for breakfast which was very good. Owner speaks english. Is quite far from town center for going for food and entertainment. Also, the online price was lower than what we paid. As it was only one night, the 50% increase was too much of a big deal. However, it would certainly add up if staying for a few nights. "

"Dreamsea Nica is a paradise. Located between San Juan del Sur and Maderas surf Beach. When you enter through the gates you are immediately transported into a lush tropical paradise where the only sound is nature. The staff was friendly, attentive where anything you asked for was not a problem. The rooms were incredible. Tastefully decorated with a big comfortable bed, and veranda. The pool was refreshing with a Tiki bar to make everything right Yoga and surf was offered each day....

"This was a convenient spot for me as I only had a couple of days in San Juan and the staff is very helpful in all areas. It's a hostel so don't expect it to be quiet and take your own shower needs including a towel. Great stay and thank you"

"Really great place. It's just opened so everything is new and the environment cosy. Location is good and the promotional price I paid was excellent value with included breakfast and a nice 5-bed shared room with a decent bathroom. The WiFi was good and a coffee was a reasonable 35 as were beers at 50. Breakfast was included too and was decent also. "The accommodations were beautiful, the layout was so great , we were 9 adults , the place was huge , everyone had there own bed. The sunsets were amazing incredible, even better than the pictures. And Claudia and Elsi were very accommodating, and so so helpful. Hope to be back someday !"
