Great location right downtown to walk to stores, restaurants and Sweet Peaks Ice Cream (do not miss this). Very well stocked kitchen and extraordinarily comfortable beds. And parking was not too terrible. Street parking is available and cheap."

"My friend and I brought our two HS juniors to preview UM. This was a great location. Three blocks from campus in a beautiful four bedroom/3 bath house. And communication with the owner was great."
