The worse thing was the bed, which had a coil sprung mattress which was one of the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. Staff at Conifers lovely and go that extra mile to help. Sorted out a taxi for us when we needed one urgently and got them to prioritise us. They were great. They also do breakfast.
