"The location of the store is terrific and there are nice little touches throughout. We particularly enjoyed the thermal area, restaurant and bar lounge near the reception. The ladder is a great people watching spot. The service was uniformly, super friendly and always helpful. If you are not familiar with Oxford, as we were not, please note that a lot of of the roads around the hotel Are pedestrian only, and Waze did not fully appreciate that. The porter came to our rescue and helped us navigate things. "

A couple of minutes walk and we were in the buzz of the city. Lovely Room, Staff were all fantastic and a Good breakfast 5 stars from us and we will be going back "
