Getting essentials for the room, a haircut, pizza, and AMAZING COFFEE/CROISSANTS are all available in separate entrances in the front of the bldg. So convenient - we will definitely stay again when we return to see family in Post Falls. "

"The staff was incredible. I had a couple of minor issues but they were all addressed promptly. I accidentally left a personal item behind and they went above and beyond to make sure it was returned. Looking forward to staying again. The only downside was the elevator noise, but that's not a deal breaker. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were clean and the kids loved it. "
