"Good location with a great view from the room overlooking the square. Good apartment with everything we needed except an iron. Easy walk to sights and not noisy even though we were in the busy city centre. Two issues - I hate logging in self scanning passports taking a selfie etc and typing in dates of issues etc etc etc in the lobby. Fortunately, a member of staff was on hand to help. Second - the fire alarm went off at 1am. Some of us waited outside in the street for 30 mins, I'm sure...

"Great communication with Anna by WhatsApp but had a little difficulty finding the actual door to the block. Apartment was clean with comfortable beds and excellent shower. Could do with some extra mirrors apart from the one in the bathroom for 4 people to use. Cuando conseguimos averiguar un tfno donde comunicarnos con alguien, nos van pasando de operadores y al final 55 minutos de espera. Sin contestacion ninguna. Tuvimos que buscar otro apto alli mismo. Very clean and comfortable. Parking is included in the garage under the building but VERY difficult to get to.
