The staff were excellent! Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet had lots of options! The location is close to shopping streets and well situated to walk down to the Mosque/Cathedral in about 15 to 20 minutes. All in all we highly recommend this hotel!

The Eurostars staff was top-notch. They contacted me the day before my scheduled arrival to let me know that the air conditioning at the hotel was not working and that they had arranged for me to stay at 5 star Eurostars property at the same rate. We really enjoyed our stay at the new hotel.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding. There are many fruit choices and the serving sizes of the pastries and bread are small so you could try more than one. Getting to and from the property from the train station by taxi was easy. When the hotel administration says a taxi will be there in five minutes, they mean it.
