"First impressions are very much 'oh dear', this ain't no 4 star and no it's not. But you'll probably get used to it and have a nice holiday anyway. So reflect that you get what you pay for and you'll be ok. It's such a shame that no-one really cares, because it could be so much better. It's away from other hotels, has a massive beach nearby, a nice town to walk to and some decent facilities...pool, bikes, tennis. "Everything was fine except for the very small and uncomfortable beds and TV that was at least 30 years old. The restaurant at this hotel was great,good breakfast included and excellent service. Good location for beach hopping."

"If you look at this hotel as a budget hotel just off the highway then you probably will not be disappointed. It was clean, easy to find and we did not go hungry. The food was like a work canteen, dinner and breakfast. We could not complain for what we paid and the location which was a half way stop for us. I would not chose to spend a holiday here but for one night only it was ok."

"Everything about this stay is perfect! The house is well equipped including everything you’d need for a proper beach holiday (beach umbrellas, refrigerator bag, picnic accessories, beach games). The house is very comfortable with well working AC units in every room, comfortable beds and all the kitchen appliances that you’d need. The terrace and garden are very nice as well within the shades during most of the day, a really relaxing place! Last but not least, the host was very sweet and helpful...

"Wir haben uns im Appartment von Carla in San Giovanni sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen: nette Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und vor allem die Terasse mit Blick zur Lagune und dem Meer. Es gibt eine Bar und 2 gute Restaurants gleich in der Nähe und ein kleiner Laden ist auch schnell zu erreichen. Der nahe Strand ist weitläufig und nach Norden hin herrlich naturbelassen.
