"I come every year and Steve never looks any older! Great stay, super comfortable and convenient with 7/11, Walgreens and dining options steps away. I walked to the beach and never moved my car. Kitchenette is unequipped so bring, plates, cups, cutlery etc if you need them. I’ll be back!"

Just the right size for two adults, windows looking out on live oak trees, super clean and comfortable, a very sgort walk to a beautiful, unspoiled part of Virginia Beach and everything we could need or want. "Me and my family enjoyed our beach stay. There was a beach in walking distance to the house, a playground and also a store. We drove to Virginia Beach for one day which was about a 30 minute drive. We enjoyed the beach in the back of the house more. The host responds quick when asked questions. I would recommend and will be staying next summer again with my family. "

"Great location on Granby Street. The running joke was that everything is two blocks from Granby. The loft studio unit was nice. Everything was functional. good water pressure in shower, comfortable bed. no complaints and I would stay here again."

"Place was dirty. Table tops, cabinets and floors needed cleaning. We called and complained and someone came the next day while we were gone. This was evident because they closed the bedroom door; however they didn't clean anything. The same large ball of hair wrapped in dirt was still present and a gel capsule we spotted earlier was still on the floor. The tables were still dirty. The towels were dingy and gray. The place has potential but only if it's clean."
