"The cottage is set on a cliff top behind a gun emplacement at the rear of Portsea Camp and only has spectacular views from the viewing area above this emplacement and not from the cottage itself. The property wasn’t ready when we arrived at 2pm. The beds hadn’t been stripped and remade. The property has a carpark at the front which fills as locals head to the beach every day, traipsing across the Portsea Camp grounds.
