"The hosts are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. We were tired from travelling and they kindly fetched our takeout pizza as the pizzeria making it wouldn’t deliver despite having done so in the past. "Rommet vi fikk fungerte ikke som lovet og til tross for at vi hadde leid tre netter flyttet vi etter en natt og bestilte nytt hotell i samråd med hotelleier og hotels.com. Men det endte med at hotellet ikke betalte tilbake de to nettene og hotels.com svarte ikke på skriftlig klage til ledelsen. Vi endte opp med å betale for to hoteller de siste to nettene. Skikkelig elendig opplevelse. Så uproft."
