"Lovely apartment in quiet residential area. Amazing views and fantastic sun terrace. Maria (owner) is lovely and responded to our request for another umbrella base the same day. We had a very relaxing holiday here and, although we do not normally return to the same place (we like to try different resorts), we will definitely be back to this apartment. When we arrived we realised we had stayed here before many years ago. After our first stay we wanted to stay again but I couldn’t find it online...

"We enjoyed our stay at really beautiful paradise Laguna house is really 1 minute away from the beach with spectacular terrace view. It is a lovely house. No AC , so if it is very hot just deal with it old way- fan and open windows. Very nice restaurant right next to beach as well. Very yummy grilled vegetables and reasonable price. "Beautiful villa with a really opulent feel.Best villa I have ever stayed in.Facilities were excellent as was the location,so peaceful and relaxing. "We stayed here for a climbing / dws trip. The villa was in a great location just a short walk to the beach, shops and bars. The area is relatively quiet with just enough restaurants and a shop, and a beautiful setting - es pontas just a walk away and lots more within a short drive’s distance. The villa was spotless with lots of communal areas for entertaining. The terrace was a perfect location for some morning yoga and the pool was also great after a long day in the sun. "

"Pictures are pretty much bang on for what you get when you arrive. A couple of days into the holiday we had an issue with the dishwasher which stopped working. I rang the number given in the welcome pack and explained the issue. 2 hours later we had someone at the property and it was back up and running. "Absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we booked the communication we received from the family made us feel welcome and ready for the stay. Villa was extremely well equipped had everything we needed and more! The design of the place both very aesthetically pleasing but also cool and comfortable. "We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, and will 100% book again. The location, with a car, is utterly fantastic. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Our only small concerns, the kitchen appliances are a little dated in parts, no air-con, and fixtures are worn in places. But overall we loved it. A perfect getaway for us."

"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

"We were 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children - the villa was spacious, clean, very comfortable (good beds), air con etc. A great space in fact with great balconys. The kitchen however very small but this didn't really bother us as it meant not everyone could be in the kitchen getting in the way and we made great use of the BBQ every day! Lovely pool (quite steep to get in to ie the steps/step down), lots of loungers, nice sofa area and table also. Short walk to two fabulous beaches and to the area...
