In the wonderful area overlooking the renowned town of Porto Cesareo, about 150m from the beach in the Strea area, we rent a very comfortable detached house, perfect for groups of people, where you want to be together while maintaining privacy. The spacious residence, structured on 2 floors, has a beautiful brick courtyard bordered by flowerbeds, in which the first part is used as parking spaces (in the shade of an American climbing vine) and the second, both frontally and laterally, is equipped with tables/chairs for outdoor dining (there is also a stone barbecue and a roof with sails). The ground floor has 3 entrances, front and side, excellent for moving around without disturbing the roommates. The front one leads to a large bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, a side entrance gives access to the living room with kitchen from which to enter the area with 2 complete bathrooms (shower cubicle and toilet) . The other entrance is in a comfortable double room. From the courtyard to the side, a useful staircase leads to the beautiful upper floor, consisting of an attic. More precisely we see: double bedroom, bathroom (with toilet, bidet, sink and shower) and bright and large living room. This large room has an area with an equipped kitchen and an area with a double bed. A divider may or may not be created between them using the ingenious folding wooden cover. From the living room we enter the beautiful solarium terrace, overlooking the sea, where we notice deckchairs and various furniture.

Given the composition and structuring of the rooms, the presence of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the numerous comforts (listed in the accessories area) is perfect for several people who want to spend a nice Salento holiday, with your own spaces, staying in a fairytale area.

You are in a wonderful area of the magical heel of Italy, that of Porto Cesareo, characterized by numerous enchanting beaches and a lively evening life (where there is no shortage of typical bars). Just 150m away you will have the small beach of Strea, an area where the water remains shallow for many meters from the coast (in fact, strea in dialect means little girl, as bathing is safe for the little ones).
