It`s 90 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo, Appartamento dei Delfini is part of the complex Pianeta Mare. Pianeta Mare is a two-floor complex that consists of 4 holiday homes
(2 on the ground floor and two on the first floor). It`s a
recently-built complex equipped with a parking area near the building.
Appartamento dei Delfini is independent and can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Appartamento dei Delfini is on the ground floor
of the complex Pianeta Mare in Torre Lapillo. The property is fenced
and it`s introduced by the shared outdoor space equipped as laundry area,
with two washing machines at disposal of the guests. Appartamento dei
Delfini consists of a living room with dining area, open kitchen and
sofa bed, while the sleeping area consists of a master bedroom, a
twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The apartment
is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, electric oven, television and hair-dryer.

Mare Torre Lapillo Residence is 90 meters away from the beach of Torre
Lapillo and 220 meters away from the closest beach establishment. It`s
150 meters away from the centre of Torre Lapillo with its amenities,
such as tobacco shop, supermaket, fish shop, doctor on duty and
pharmacy, church and various shops.





- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Shared washing machine. 
- Air conditioner in the living room.
