"we booked the room because we wanted to stay where there was a nice indoor pool so we could relax and decompress as we had family in the hospital. There’s a sign at the pool. It says heated to 80°. The room was freezing cold. The pool is cold, and the staff basically told us that we were in Maine. We’re from Maine. The restaurant staff was horrible. There was no one in there and our food was cold when it came out and the bartender was constantly on her phone and we could hear her conversation...
