We reported it to the night desk person but we were dismissed by him, saying he had no way to determine whose kid to stop the issue, so we went to our room. We reported the issue to the day manager but still left disappointed. The main reason we stayed here was because of the hot tub amenity. Otherwise we loved the room and...
