"We had an amazing week at Ullswater Cabin. The cabin itself was perfect for a week for a family of 4 with children aged 7 and 10. They loved the table tennis and pool facilities. The location of the cabin is great both on the site itself and within the lakes. We didn’t need to drive for more than 20 minutes to go anywhere (we could have if we wanted to but didn’t need to) and fitted so much into one week. Would definitely recommend. "

"Lodge is set in a great location on the park with great views from the outside decking. The sofa in the lodge could do with replacing as there is a smell coming from it. The listing advised a smart TV in the lodge but this was a freeview TV so no netflix , Amazon TV etc. Overall we had a great stay and would return but would be nice to have a upto date TV & new sofa."

"Very clean and tidy, perhaps a little dated but the hot tub more than made up for it. Stress and hassle free the check in process was easy. The site is very well maintained making it an all round relaxed and very enjoyable stay."

"The lodge is a very good size with views of lake Windermere plenty of space for 2 cars but nearby parking too very warm and cozy you have a hive that controls the heating the only very disappointing thing was that the hot tub was not ready for us to use on Friday at all Clubhouse on site was very busy and friendly we never used the pool small mini market which stocked everything you would need on a short break White Cross Bay is a lovely site within a 10 minute drive of Bowness and...

"Two rooms for 3 people. What a wonderful friendly place. Stayed for 2 nights, the location is really good for location to travel by car or public transport. The guest house itself is really clean, staff super friendly ,lovely rooms and a great breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we will definitely go back again "
